IPS has extensive experience with a wide variety of complex issues including uneven partner allocations, multiple closes, nontraditional waterfalls, partner defaults and nontraditional allocations within general partner entities. Currently, we work with over twenty managers and thirty entities.

IPS is structured as a partnership with no parent company, outside shareholders or debt. This partnership structure enables us to use our resources to build our capabilities and develop our people.
