Brittany M. McLean 

“From day one at IPS, you learn that the investors and clients come first. As a client service coordinator, it is my job to make sure our clients and their investors receive top-notch service. My favorite part of the job is taking a difficult task and turning it into a pleasurable one.”

Brittany McLean is a senior client service coordinator at IPS Fund Services. She manages the investor relations team, which controls the IPS Fund Services’ document delivery process including the investor reporting portal and the general partner portal. In addition, the team handles all investor contact changes and document scanning. It assists with the onboarding of new funds, preparation of capital call and distribution notices, account statement review, and investor transfers. Brittany is also a process improvement enthusiast. She enjoys finding ways to streamline processes and improve the service delivery experience for investors and clients.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys reading, travelling, and hiking.


Professional Experience/Background

Prior to joining IPS Fund Services, Brittany was an administrative assistant at the New England School of English.  

Brittany served as class president at Allegheny College, her alma mater. At Allegheny, she was also a member of a number of committees, including the Strategic Plan Development Committee, the Public Relations Committee, and the Concerts and Special Events Committee.
